What is non-surgical rhinomodelling with UP RINO®?
Non-surgical rhinomodelling is a facial aesthetic medicine procedure that uses micro-deposits of biocompatible products (mainly high-cohesion hyaluronic acid) to correct details of the nose without the need for surgery.

What things can be corrected with non-surgical rhinomodelling?
Medical rhinomodelling is mainly useful for:

- Correcting mild asymmetries between one side and the other of the nasal bridge.
- Balancing the profile when the nose has a slight disproportion with the chin or lips.
What CANNOT be done with UP RINO®?
Important: non-surgical rhinomodelling does not reduce the size of the nose, it does not correct severe septal deviations and it does not replace surgical rhinoplasty when there is a functional indication or a major structural change.

Does rhinomodelling hurt? And how long does the result last?
- Pain: it is very mild. Topical anaesthetic cream is applied 20-30 minutes beforehand and we work with very fine cannulas or needles. The sensation is of light pressure, never sharp pain.
- Duration of results: depending on the area treated and the type of hyaluronic acid, the usual duration at our clinic in Madrid is 9 to 15 months.
- Sessions: in 85% of cases a single session is sufficient. In some patients a small touch-up is scheduled at 21-30 days to refine details.
